About Regnskab Basis


Regnskab Basis is a digital tool developed by the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen) to assist small businesses in preparing and submitting their annual reports. This system is primarily intended for businesses classified under Accounting Class B according to the Danish Annual Accounts Act (Årsregnskabsloven). Regnskab Basis supports the submission of annual reports by accepting data in CSV or SAF-T formats, which must be exported from the company’s accounting system. To ensure compatibility, the accounting system must be able to export financial data in a format accepted by Regnskab Basis. This usually means generating a specifically formatted CSV or SAF-T file containing the necessary financial information, which can then be uploaded to the Regnskab Basis platform.
